The one-week (Saturday to Saturday) rental rate for the 2008 summer season is $1200.00.

50% of the rental rate is due 2 weeks after booking, or your reserved week will be put back on the market.

 

The remaining 50%, plus a refundable $150.00 deposit is due 2 weeks prior to your date of stay.   

 

Your $150.00 deposit will be refunded 2-4 weeks after your stay, given there are no excessive cleaning fees or damage to the property.

 

$150.00 of your original deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your reservation, or if there is damage or excessive cleaning fees.  *Damages exceeding $150.00 will be billed directly to the renter.

 

Check-In / Check-Out

Check in is on Saturday at 3:00 p.m.

Check out is on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Occupancy:

Beds are provided for 7.

Please limit the number of occupants to a maximum of 10 persons.

There are to be no campers or tents on the property.

Key Pick Up:

Owners will provide keys upon arrival.

Smoking Policy:

Please respect our non-smoking policy.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed due to owner allergies.

Linens:

Bed linens are provided.

If you have children who may wet the bed, we request you bring your own linens.

Towels:

Beach Towels and Bath Towels are the responsibility of the renter.

Paper products:

Paper products such as toilet paper, paper towel, and Kleenex, are the responsibility of the renter.

Toiletries:

Toiletries are the responsibility of the renter.

Phone:

No phone service is provided.

Cleaning:

Prior to your arrival, the cottage will be cleaned, and provided with fresh bed linens.The renter is asked to leave the cottage in neat condition: Including striping the sheets and pillowcases, washing the dishes, and placing household garbage into the trash cans located in the driveway.  Garbage pick up is on Monday morning.
